Pregalates - A safe, fun and highly effective workout that will assist in a faster, smoother delivery that gets your body back to 'normal' quicker than you could ever have imagined.

The pregalates for pregnancy dvds are totally unique in that they are the only trimester specific pilates for pregnancy workouts led by a pregnant instructor!

Each workout lasts between 45 and 60 minutes and I make sure that all areas of your body get targeted! Beginning with a gentle warm up, leading into the tummy to work on your balance and flexibility, before moving onto your side (lateral) muscles, followed by your legs, arms and bum. I don’t let up on the pelvic floor muscle once throughout the workout either!

Although each trimester is different, in essence the exercises are the same, which allows for a more thorough understanding of the movements. But there are crucial adjustments that are specific to each stage of your pregnancy. For example, the time spent on your back for the second and third trimester is greatly reduced.
The pace of the exercises will also mirror the change in your energy levels and the range of movement alters to take into consideration the amount of relaxin that's present in your body.

I purposefully filmed four professional Pilates for pregnancy DVDs, which cover the 1st, 2nd, 3rd trimesters and the post-natal stage. You can buy them individually, or as a complete set. They're a great present for yourself, or would make an ideal gift at a baby shower for a friend or relative.

Filmed throughout her own pre and post pregnancy, Tasha Lawton leads you safely but not always glamorously, through your trimesters with specific exercises that target the areas of change. Every exercise incorporates strengthening your abs and your pelvic floor.

Firstly, let me congratulate you on your fantastic series of DVD´s. I have used them all throughout my second pregnancy and i can´t recommend them enough! I've even got my non pregnant sister and mother doing your 2nd trimester DVD! I gave birth to my baby son on the 14th March and contrary to all expectations, thanks to your DVDs my legs have never looked better. I also gave up my daily power walks when 5 months pregnant and have only just started walking again. I have noticed a BIG difference in my posture and core strength. Thank you!

A big thank you for the great DVDs. Don't think I'd have survived pregnancy wthout them. On the odd morning I woke with twinges & aches these always improved after doing he DVD. Can't comment on how it helped labour yet as this is my first baby so nothing to compare it to. I am now completely hooked to pilates, have never had such a firm bum (at least the pain is worth it!!)
